AN ORDINANCE VACATING HOLLYWOOD AVENUE between 16th East
Street and Imperial Street, Hollywood Avenue between Imperial Street
and 17th East Street, and Redondo Avenue between Imperial Street and
t 17th East Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Hollywood Avenue between 16th East Street
and Imperial Street, Hollywood Avenue between Imperial Street and
17th East Street, and Redondo Avenue between Imperial Street and
17th East Street, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Blk. E,
Imperial Addition Subdivision, running thence east 230 feet,
south 66 feet, west 230 feet, north 66 feet to place of
beginning;
Also commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block
D, Imperial Addition Subdivision, running thence east
119.29 feet, south 66 feet, west 119.17 feet, thence north
66 feet to place of beginning;
Also commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block
C, Imperial Addition Subdivision, running thence east 118.58
feet, thence south 56 feet, thence west 118.48 feet, thence
north 56 feet to place of beginning;
All in Block 9, 5-Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey and F. M.
Lyman Jrs. Survey of Section 16, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property as streets or avenues.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
