Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. 'That Section 1702 of an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City on June 11, 1941, de- signated as bill No. 26, relating to zoning, as amended by ordinances adding thereto Items 1 to 11, inclusive, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in and to said section two new paragraphs to be known as Items 12 and 13, which shall read as follows: "ITEM 12. The following described real property now zoned as Residential IA!, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Residential IB-2' district classification, and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: The south side of Seventh Avenue between IF' and IG, Streets and being more particularly described as follows: Lots 3 and 4, dock 92, Plat ID!, Salt Lake City Survey. That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show the above described tract of land as a part of Residen- tial 'B-21 District. ITEM 13. The following described real property now zoned as Unrestricted, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Residential tB-2t district classification, and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: Commencing at a point on the north side of 1st South Street and 125 feet west of the west line of Redwood Road, and running thence west to the Section line between Sections 3 and 4, T. 1 S., R. 1 W., Salt Lake Base & Meridian, and thence north to a point 165 feet south of the Salt Lake, Gar- field & Western Railroad right-of-way, thence east to a point -2- 125 feet west of the west line of Redwood Road, thence south to the place of beginning.
