AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6714 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of
Commissioners relating to Zoning.and a public hearing having been held.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah.
SECTION 1. That Section 6714 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1944, as amendedby ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners
relating to zoning, be and the same is hereby further-amended by adding in
and to said Section one new paragraph to be known as Iter{i No. 135, which
item shall read as follows:
"ITEM NO. 135. The following described real property, as shown on the
use district map, is hereby changed to the classification hereinafter set
out, and said map is amended and changed accordingly.
"Changing the property fronting on the east side of Highland Drive
between Crandall and Atkin Avenues from Residential "A" to Residential
"B-3", being more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the southeast corner of Highland Drive and Atkin
Avenue; thence East 147.15' along Atkin Avenue; thence south 126';
thence East 50'; thence South 24'; thence East 18.86'; thence
south 15° 17' East 200.12', more or less, to a point 33' north
C2 of the north line of Crandall Avenue; thence West 175' to the east
line of Highland Drive; thence North 15° 17' West along Highland
Drive 355.67' more or less, to place of beginning. Being a part
of the NW4 of Section 28, T1S, R1E, SLB&M."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is nec-
essary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City
that this ordinance shall become effective immediately; erefo�re, this
ordinance shall become effective upon its first publ c ion.
