AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake,'City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use District.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION' 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the bound-
aries of Use'District, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential
"R-6" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is
herebyrbhanged to Commercial "C-1" Classification and the Use
District Map is amended and changed accordingly.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 47,
Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey; thence East 130,0 feet;
thenceliSouth 22 deg.. 06 min., 34 sec. West 345.4 feet,
thence,North 320.0 feet to the point of beginning.
"That said Use District is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-6"
Classification to Commercial "C-1" Classification."
"The following described real property in Business "B-3"
and Residential "R-6" Classification, as shown on the Use
District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial "C-1" Classification
and the Use District Map is amended and changed accordingly.
All of Lots 6 through 47, and the West 5,0 feet of Lots
5 and 48 of Block 1, and all of Lots 6 through 47, and the West
5.0 feet of Lots 5 and 48, Block 2, Archer-KullaksSubdivision of
Block 45, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey.

"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered
to show,,the said above described tract of land from Business
"B-3" arid Residential "R-6" Classification to Commercial "C-1"
Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 591 day of March , 1969.
