Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake , City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Title 6:'Ghapter 1 of the Revised Ordinance's of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to the cemetery, by adding thereto a new Section 9, be, and the same hereby is, ,amended to read w as follows: "Sec. 6-1-9. Unauthorized vehicles. It shall be un- lawful for any person to ride, drive or propel any vehicle, cycle, automobile, or truck on property within the limits of the city cemetery on other than designated roadway without the prior written permission of the city sexton. This section shall not apply to restrict the use or opera- tion of city maintenance vehicles within said cemetery." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 20th day of March, 1975.
