Result AN ORDINANCE
An Ordinance amending Section 666 of Chapter 16
Revised Ordinances of Salt Sake City; 1913, as amended by an
ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners, Bebrusry 10th,
19194 relating to appointments of deputies, assistants and
clerks is the office of the City Recorder.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt bake City, Utah:
SBC!ION 1. That Section 666 of Chapter 16i Revised
Ordinances of Salt bake City 1918, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners, 1'ebraary 10th, 1914 be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SRC?IOs 666. The Board of Commissioners may
appoint in the offioe of the City Recorder of Salt Stake City,
the following deputies, assietants and olerks, at salarine
nit to exceed the amounts named;
Oae ohief deputy reporter at a salary of $1020 per
annum.
In the absence of or during the disability of the City
Recorder, the chief deputy reoorder shall exercise all the
functions and powers of the City Reoorder. Re shall give a
bond to the City in the sum of $1000.
One chief olerk at $1,620 per annum.
Two deputy city recorders :oho shall set as deputy clerks
of the City Court,' sash, $1 100 per annum.
