' Finch -----__---------- Green Moran Mr.Chairman - - - „V "` AN ORDINANCE Result JUt ORDINANCE LEVYITNG a TAX and for the assessment of property in Lighting District iTo. 10, for the purpose of providing for the installation of arc lamps. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Pelt Lake City, Utah. SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the sane upon the property hereinafter described in Lighting Dis- trict No. 10, for the purpose of providing: for the installation of arc lamps, to-wit: In Lots 5, 6, 7 and S of 31k. 56, Lots 5 0 6 of 31k. 57, Lots 5, 6, 7 _./ad 6 of 81k. 58, Lots 1 and 2, of P1k. 69, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of D1k. 70 and Lots 1 and 2 of :31k. 71, Plat "A.", Salt Lake City Survey, alutting on both sides of 2nd ::oath 'Ctreet from :test 'Temple :street to 2nd East Street in Salt Lake City.
