Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter XXVIII of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to licenses, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 645, which shall read as follows: SECTION 645. It shall be unlawful ''or any person to operate for hire an amusement device consisting of miniature motor vehicles without first oY.taining c. license therefor. The fee shall be 1,25.00 per year, or any part thereof, pay- able annually to the License Assessor and Collector. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately. SECTION 3.
