Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: i SECTION' 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of I Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of Use District, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows: "The following described real property in Residential "R-6" Classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial "C-1" Classification and the Use District Map is, amended and changed accordingly. All of Lots 1 through 20 and the south 15.7 feet of L',¢t 21, the south 15.7 feet of Lot 33 and all of lots 34 through 46 of Block 1 and all of Lot 1, Lots 29 through 46 and the south 15.3 feet of Lot 28 of Block 21 of Hunter's Subdivision of part of Lot 9 and all of LOts 10 and 11, Block 23, Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and also beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said Hunter's Subdivision, thence south 33.0 feet, thence west 321.5 feet, thence north 33 feet, thence east 321.5 feet to the point of beginning.
