AN ORDINANCE VACATING a certain alley in Block 5, Superior
Addition, between 800 and 900 West Streets, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the alley in Block 5, Superior Addition, `
between 800 West and 900' West Streets, more particularly described
as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and- declared no
longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or'
pedestrian way:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 28 of -
Block 5 of Superior Addition in Section 23,
T.1 N. , R.1 W., S.L.B.& M., and running thence
West 267.53 feet; thence N. 68°10' 53" W.
37.668 feet; thence East 302.50 feet; thence
South 14 feet to the point of beginning and
containing .092 acres.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des-
cription now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above
described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon
for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing,
removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25th day of March, 1975.
