An Ordinance vacating a part of Ninth South Street between
first West and 8soond West Streets, in Salt-lake City`; Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
EMOTION 1. That that part of Ninth South Street between
First West and Second West Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah, des-
cribed as follows, to-wit:
Pour strips of land ten feet in width immediate«
ly north of Lots 24 and 85i Bleak Block 2, Hunters Subdivision, beingl 1, and lots 24 and Bb

be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as part of a
