AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
as bill No. 43 passed by the Board of Commissioners on September 11,
1935, and published on September 12, 1935, relating to the number,
tenure of office and qualifications of the Board of Directors of the
Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance known and designated as bill
No. 43 passed by the Board of Commissioners on September 11, 1935,
and published on September 12, 1935, relating to the number, tenure
of, office and qualifications of the Board of Directors of the Metro
politan Water District of Salt Lake City, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication,
