AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ITEM 3 (a) 7, of Section 25-8-i of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No.
14 of 1960, relating to the salary of the Traffic Engineer .
Be It ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Item 3 (a) 7, of Section 25-8-1 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 14 of
1960, relating to the salary of the Traffic Engineer, be, and the same
hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 25-8-1.

"ITEM 3. Department of Streets and Public Improvements.
"(a) City Engineer's Office

" 7. Traffic Engineer $ 9,600.00."
SECTION 2. The foregoing salary shall be.effective as of
January 16, 1960.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective Immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 18th day of February, 1960. ,'
