AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and
to said Section a new paragraph to be known as Item 59, as follows:
"ITEM 59.
"The following described real property in Residential 'R-5' Classi-
fication as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Business
'B-3' Classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed
accordingly:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 2, Plat
'B', Salt Lake City Survey, said point being 165 feet north
of the Northwest corner of 9th South and 9th East Streets
and running thence north 12.5 rods; thence west 305.0 feet;
thence south 2.5 rods; thence west 25 feet; thence south
10.0 rods; thence east 330 feet to the point of beginning,
being all of Lot 8, said Block 2, and the south 2.5 rods of
the East 305.0 feet of Riazioclis 7, said Block 2.

"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential 'R-5' classifi-
cation to Business 'B-3' classification."
