AN ORDINANCE AMEIVSING Schedule 14-d referred to in Section 144
of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which
parking is prohibited at all times, and amending Schedule 14-e referred
to in Section 145 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating
to streets upon which parking is prohibited at certain hours.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-d referred to in Section 144 of the
Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which parking
is prohibited at all times, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
dding to said schedule the following:
400 South Street, north side, from 700 West Street
to Jeremy Street.
SECTION 2. That subsection (5) of Schedule 14-e of the Traffic Code
of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which parking is prohibited
uring the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., be, and the same hereby is,
mended by deleting from said schedule the following:
400 South Street, north side, from 800 West Street
to 900 West Street.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
ecessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
ity that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
ation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
19th day of March, 1974.
