3 of 1905 - Ordinance 3 of 1905 - Sewer Extension No. 148. AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance eonfirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of Third Street frost present terminus between ! and G
Streets to G Street, in Sewer District xo. 1, for the construction
of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SAVTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as Corrected, approved and aea4pleted by the /card of Actualization
and Soview, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose of the property abutting on both sides of Third Street from
the present sewer terminus between ! and 0 Streets to G Street, in
Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of con-
atruoting a sewer upon said portion of said street, is hereby con-
firmed, and tie assessments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.
STION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
