An ordinance repealing Sections 849x1, 849x2, 849x3,
849x4, 849xt, 849s6 and 849x7 of Chapter 33, Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City as enacted in an ordinance passed by the Board
of Oe meissinn .44.441t,,- ke City, Utah, October 3, 1918, and
repealing Section 849x8 as enacted in an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners, February 4, 1919, all relating to licens-
ing of card tables.
Be it enacted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah.
SECTION I. That Sections 849x1, 849x2, 849x3, 849x4,
849x5, 849x6 and 849x7 of Chapter 3S, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City as enacted in an ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, October 3, 1918 and Regeele
Jag Section 849x8 as enacted in an ordinance passed by the Board
of Commissioners, February 4, 1919, all relating to licensing of
card tables, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEOTTON II.In the opinion of the' Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabi-
