AN ORJDINANCE relating to salaries paid by Salt Lake
City
Be it ordained by the Boara of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah
SECTION I On and after February 1, 1932, all salaries
and wages paid by Salt Lake City, excepting those of the elected
officers, are and shall be reduced ten per cent of the amount
otherwise payable except for said reduction and said salaries
and wages for January, 1932, are and shall be reduced in an amount
equivalent to ten per cent of the sum that would be oayaole for
all of said month except for said reduction
SECTION .2 In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately
SECTION 3 ihis ordinance shal a)e effect at once upon
publication
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
