AN ORDINANCE AMENDING that portion of Section 30-1-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill
No. 109 of 1959, relating to the salary of radio operator in the
Police Department of Salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt'/Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 30-1-1 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 109
of 1959, relating to the salary of radio operator in the Police Depart-
ment of Salt Lake City, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read
as follows:
"Section 30-1-1. . . .
Radio Operator $5,340.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing salary shall be effective as of
December 1, 1959.
SECTION 3. Inthe opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City, Utah, that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
