AN ORDINANCE AMENDING that portion of Section 30-1-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill
No. 91 of 1962, relating to salaries of tab machine operators and key
punch operators in the Police Department.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 30-1-1 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 91
of 1962, relating to salaries of tab machine operators and key punch
operators in the Police Department, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 30-1-1. Organization and Salaries.

"Key Punch Operator - from and after seven years service
to a monthly salary of $363.00.
"Tab Machine Operator - from and after seven years service
to a monthly salary of $427.00."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the in-
habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
26th day of January, 1965.
