AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding in and to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 70
as follows:
"ITEM 70.
"The following described real property in Residential 'R-6"
Classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Industrial "M-lA" Classification and the Use District Map is
amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Jefferson Street
and Harris Avenue running thence south along the east
line of Jefferson Street 158 feet; thence east 149
feet; thence north 158 feet; thence west 149 feet to the
point of beginning, being all of Lots 17-22, Block 1,
Richards Addition, being a part of Lot 1, Block 10,
Five Acre Plat A, Big Field Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-6"
Classification to Industrial "M-lA" Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
18th day of January, 1967. 2
