CF;:7 AN ORDINANCE VACATING Stewart Avenue (Seward Ave.) and certain alleys located in the NE4 of SE4 of Section 34, T1N, R1W, SLB&M. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,, Utah: SECTION 1: That Stewart Avenue (Seward Ave.) and certain alleys located in the NE4 of the SE4 of Section 34, TIN, R1W, SLB&M, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 5, Agricultural Park, Plat "B", a subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, T.1 N., R.1 W., S.L.B. & M., said point being on the North line of Stewart Avenue, also known as Seward Avenue and running thence East 275.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, said Block 5, said point being on the West line of Division Street, also known as Garside Street, and running thence South 66.0 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 30, Block 4, said subdivision, said point being on the South line of said Stewart Avenue, thence West 275.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 20, said Block 4, said point being also on the East line of Custer Street, also known as Cornell Street, and thence North 66.0 feet to the point of beginning, said preceding description being that of Stewart Avenue, also known as Seward Avenue.
