AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-9-3(2) of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to buildings other than one-
to four-family dwellings.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1.' That Section 51-9-3(2) of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to buildings other than
one- to four-family dwellings, be, and the same hereby is amended
to read as follows:

Sec. 51-9-3(2). For fraternity or sorority houses at
least one parking space for each two rooms or two guests
for which the building is designed or intended to accommodate.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 11th day of January, 1977.
