„ec.l. That said City Council doth hereby levy the tax and provide for
the assessment upon the property hereinafter described abutting on the East side of 6

4th Fast Street between First South and South Temple Street, within Sewer District
No. \ .
This tax is levied to defray the expense of constructing a sewer epos
said portion of sail street opposite the property hereinafter described to he
especially effected and hene£itted by said improvement; and it is hereby al.leceee, 1
determinee, end established that the race will be canecielly benefitted to the fall
amount of the tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land are hereby assessed at an
