An ordinance creating Paving District No. 23.
se it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the following Paving District is hereby creat-
ed and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit: Paving District No.
23 shall be and consist of all that portion of Second Street lying
between the west side of Carron Road and the west side of West
Street; that portion of C Street lying between the north side of
South Temple Street and the south side of Second Street; an-d that
portion of First Street lying between the west side of A Street anal
the west side of d Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

and referred to the !ayor for his approval.
