Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to in any way wilfully injure, mar, deface, mutils.te, molest, or destroy, any wagon, buggy, automobile, bicycle, tricycle, br other vehicle, not.his own, or to drive or take* oa.rryeA same away, or secrete the same, or to handle.or tampey&th the same, ;or any part thereof, or the machinery thereofsk any public street, alley, avenue, or place with ry. sole City. w.. Sec. 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00, or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than one hundred days or by both such fine and imprisonment. N Sec. 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of 15 ordinances and resolutions in conflict with this ordinance ih are hereby mpg repealed. 17 Sec. 4.
