SECTION 4. It is expressly w—reed. and understood that the grantee herein shall not be permitted to use steam on the streets, II or portion of streets, in this ordinance named. .1 �� SECTION 5. That the grantee herein, in consideration of the 1 i 1 granting of this franchise, hereby surrenders and consent: to the 1 cancellation of that part of the orcinance passed by the City Council of Scat Lake City Soptember 6, 1905, granting it the right to use for the purpose therein stated tee _ollowing:streets, to- 5 wit: j Beginning at a. point at the intersection of South Temple Odd Third 'Vest Streets, thence east on South Temple Street to 'act Temple Street; thence south on ?Vest Temple Street to Market Street; thence east on Market Street a single track only, to East Temple Street; thence north on East Temple Street to Third South Street; and thence west on Third ;youth Street to Pest•'temple Street; and the grantee further, in consideration of this fr nc i.ee, agrees to 1 remove from cal said streets all trecnscut rails placed by it therein, end restore said streets to such condition as shell be satisfactory to the Supervisor of Streets of Belt Lake City.
