i Ordinance vacating east and west alley in
Moak le Oilm4r Square; SaltIake City. Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt lake City, Meat
SOT/ON 1. That the east and west alley running
west from a line extended across said alley through the west
boundary of Lots 6 and 40 to a line extended across said alloy
through the west boundary of Lots 17 and 29 in Bloek 1 Gilmer
Squarei be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a
Patna alley.
SBOTION 2. This ordinance sha take effect thirtyø
one days after its passage.
