AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-15-4 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to front yard regulations within
a Residential"R-5" District,
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-15-4 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to front yard regulations within
a Residential "R-5" District, be, and the same hereby is, amended to
road as follows:
"Sec. 51-15-4. Front yard. regulations. TYe front
yard regulations shall be the same as for a Residential
R-1" District."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this — 1.6th day of April 1962.
