Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the west two feet of 4th East Street from • '3rd South Street to "2nd South Street and the north 1.4 feet of 3rd South Street from 3rd East Street to 4th Est Street in Salt Lake 3 City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Portion of 4th East Street to be vacated: Beginning at the southeast corner. of Lot 1,Block 49, Plat B, Salt Lake City Survey; running,thence East 2.0 feet; thence North 660 feet; thence West 2.0 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 8, said Block 49; thence South 660 feet to the point of beginning.
