Result
AN ORDINANCE DING Section 51-12-2, of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Use district map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating
to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is,
amended as follows:
"The following described real property in in Residential
"R-6" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as Business_."L-3" District, and the Use District Map
is amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at the northwest corner of 14th South
and West Temple Streets and running north along the
west line of West Temple 215 feet, more or less, to the
south boundary of the existing Business "B-3" District;
thence West 125 feet; thence South 215 feet, more or
less, to the north line of 14th South Street; thence
East 125 feet along the north line of 14th south Street
to the point of beginning; being all of Lots 1-8, Block
1, West Temple Addition."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 19th day of March, 1974.
