Home My WebLink About31 of 1981 - Amending Section 24-4-3 adding the postion of Deputy Director/Administrative Services, Fleet Divisio SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 31 of 1981 (Wage and Salary Reclassifications) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-4-3 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AND THE "WAGE AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM FOR SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION EMPLOYEES," ADOPTED BY BILL NO. 183 OF 1978, AMENDING SECTION 25- 4-2 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO POSITION TITLES AND CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 25-4-3 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, and the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," adopted by Bill No. 183 of 1978, amending Section 25-4-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to position titles and classifications and salary ranges, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows: ADD the position of Deputy Director/Administrative Services, Level 002 of the Executive Salary Schedule. ADD the position of Fleet Division Manager, Level 003 of the Executive Salary Schedule. ADD the position of Fleet Office Manager, Pay Class 315, under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Fleet Supervisor/Heavy Vehicles, Pay Class 317, under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Fleet Supervisor/Light Vehicles, Pay Class 316, under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Senior Fleet Mechanic, Pay Class 123, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. ADD the position of Fleet Mechanic/Heavy Vehicles, Pay Class 118, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. ADD the position of Fleet Mechanic/Light Vehicles, Pay Class 116, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. ADD the position of Fleet Service Worker, Pay Class 111, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. ADD the position of Impound Lot Attendant, Pay Class 213, under the title covering Clerical and Technical. ADD the position of Fleet Storekeeper, Pay Class 112, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. DELETE the position of Auto Body and Paint Shop Worker, Pay Class 118, under the title covering Operations and Maintenance. DELETE the position of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, Level 005 of the Executive Salary Schedule. DELETE the position of Fleet Manager, Level 004 of the Executive Salary Schedule. DELETE the position of Administrative Services Fleet Manager, Level 005 of the Executive Salary Schedule. DELETE the position of Assistant Director Fleet Operations, Level 004 of the Executive Salary Schedule. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its first publication.
