AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance coitirming the assessment upon the property on the
east side of C Street between Sout Temple and First Streets, and on
the west side q C Street from South Temple Street one-half block 1
north, in Sidewalk District No. 24, for the construction of a
cement sidewalk.

Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: 1
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected; approved and completed by the Board of Equalization !,
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
. i
purpose, of the:property abutting on the east side of C Street be-
tween South Temple and First Streets, and on the west side of C
Street from South Temple Street one-half block north, in Sidewalk
District No. 24 of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing al
cement sidewalk upon said portionof said street, is hereby con-
firmed, and the assesments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval. j
