Result
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on the south side of Ninth South Street
between Lincoln and Eleventh East Streets; on Belmont Avenue
between Tenth East and McClelland Streets; on Tenth East Street
between Ninth South Street and. Belmont Avenue; end on McClelland
Street between Ninth South Street and Belmont Avenue, in Sewer
District No. 1, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
"'- SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Trees-
i
urer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commis-
sioners of Salt Lake City, 'sittingas a board of equalization end
review, of the property in Lot 22, Block 4, Belmont Subdivision of
! Block 17; 12 and 13, Block 17; 1 to 23, inclusive, Gilmer Place
Subdivision of Block 17; 1, and 35 to 40, inclusive, 1:'oodbury
Subdivision of Block 17, all in Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field
' Survey, abutting on the south side of Ninth South Street between •
, Lincoln and Eleventh East Streets; on both sides of McClelland
Street between Ninth South Street and Belmont Avenue; on the east
side of Tenth East Street between Ninth South Street end Belmont
Avenue; end on both sides of Belmont Avenue between Tenth East and
McClelland Streets, in Seer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of said
streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made end re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
