AN ORDINANCE vacating an alley south�1. 21st South Street, running
East from 17th East to Hannibal Str,›troln Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the alley south of 21st South Street, running East

w from 17th East to Hannibal Street, more particularly described as follows:
o Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 28, Block )4,
Idlewild Addition, a subdivision of part of the BE'
of Section 21, T1S, R1E, SLB&M; running thence East
285.93 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 38, said
Block Zi; thence South 18 feet to the northeast corner
z4 of Lot 39, said Block 4; thence west 265.89 feet to
the northwest corner of Lot 27, said Block )}; thence

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is

City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
