Romney . . . / U ' Mr.Chairman . / AN ORDINANCE Result_ —_ — - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 of Schedule 14-a, referred to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to 45 degree angle parking. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Schedule,14-a, referred to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to 45 degree angle parking, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "(1) All streets or parts of streets within the Central Business District in excess of 50 feet In width, except the following: North Temple, north side, from ain Street to West Temple, and South Temple from Main Street to 2nd East, and 2nd South, south side, west from Main Street approximately 250 feet, and 3rd South, south side, from Main Street to State Street, and 4th South from West Temple to 2nd East, and 2nd East from South Temple to 4th South, and State Street from 3rd South to 5th South, and Main Street, east side, from North Temple to South Temple, and Main Street, east side, from 3rd South to 4th South, and Main Street, west side, from Post Office Place to 4th South, and West Temple, west side, from North Temple to South Temple." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication.
