AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated January 7, 1971, as adopted by Bill
No. 75 of 1971, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, by adding thereto the positions of Accounting Coordinator-Special.
Funds and Electronics Instrumentation Specialist.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Employees" dated January 7, 1971, as adopted by Bill No. 75
of 1971, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto the positions of
Accounting Coordinator-Special Funds and Electronics Instrumentation Specialist,
as follows:
(a) Under the title covering "Managerial and Professional"
employees, there is added the non-civil service position of "Accounting
coordinator-Special Funds" in Pay Class No. 23.
(b) Under the title covering "Clerical and Technical" employees
there is added the non-civil service position of "Electronics Instru-
mentation Specialist" in Pay Class No. 18.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary
to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this
ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 20th
day of April, 1972.
