J AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance vacating a portion of fourth Avenue in
Salt lake City Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
lake City, Utah: .
SECTION 1• That that portion of Fourth Avenue whioh
is described as follows, to-wit: oomm•noing at a point 66.74
ft• West and 12.0 feet north of City monument at intersection
- of Fourth Avenue and R Street monument lines; thence north
16.5 feet; thence east 469.0 feet; thence south 16.5 feet; thence
west 469.0 feet to point of beginning, containing 0.17766 sores,
in Salt lake City, Utah, be, and the same is hereby vacated and
abandoned for street purpoaes.
SECTION 2. This ordinanoe shall •effect thirty,.
one days after its passage.
