Be it ordained by the Coartl of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That the rLoard of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the oroperty hereinafter described in laving: Die= trict No. 32 (Paving Extension No. 180) for the purpose of grad- ing, constructing curb and gutter (where not already constructed), drainage system to carry water across and along streets and inter- sections and private drivew4.ys, and paving with warrenite bitulith- ic pavement thereof, to-wit: Lots 1, o, 7 & 8, Elk. 37, and Dots 1 & 8, 'Elk. 54, Plat "A"; Lots 2 to 5 incl. -31k. 34, Lots 1, 4, 5 & B, Elk. 35, and Lots 2 to 5 incl. 31k. 36, Plat "3"; Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Srd Cast Street from 3rd South to 5th South Streets and 4th East Street from 4th South to 5th South Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah.
