Be it ordained by the Bowrd of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah
O1^CTION 1 That Chapter XXXIII, Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to licenses, be and the same is

"F'CTION 1352 MINIATURE GOLF COURSES
It shn11 be unloafu] for any person, corporation or asoc' tion
+o keep, maintain, operate or conduct any miniature golf course
within the limits of Ca] t L^ke City without first obtainine a
licen.-e so to do The license fee pay idle under this section -hall
be the sum of J125 00 ver annum
For the purpose of this ordinance a miniature golf course
shall be defined 'Is -ny place, excest regular golf courses, inhere
