AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 723, Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to licenses.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 723, Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to licenses, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding in and to said section a new paragraph
which shall read as follows:
A license issued pursuant to the provisions of
this section shall entitle the licensee to engage in the
business of coal dealer foP the period of one year from
the date of its issuance.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
Cen it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants

of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect at once
upon its first publication.
