That alley in Block 11, Laurelhurst Amended and Extended Prat, running from Cope Street to 26bh East Street, being south 125 feet from Westminster Avenue, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 19, Blk. 11, Amended and Extended Plat of Laurelhurst, a subdivision of part of Section 15, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L.
