Lingenfelter . . . r Romney . . . . • AN ORDINANCE Mr.Chairman r Result �'� y AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEYS running between Driggs and Parkway Avenues, between Highland Drive and 13th East Street, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alleys running between Driggs and Parkway 11 Avenues, between Highland Drive and 13th East Street, in Salt Lake c4 City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: cr Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 161, Highland Park Plat A, a subdivision of part of Sections 20 and 21, T. 1. S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M.; running thence North 121.91 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 161; thence East 533.59 feet; thence North 152.5 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 29, Block 2, Union Heights, a subdivision of part of .the N. E 4 of Sec. 20, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M.; thence West 16 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 28, Block 2, said Union Heights Subdivision; thence South 130 feet; thence S. 37° 3L ' 07" W. 8.20 feet; thence West 525.05 feet; • thence South 137.87 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 158, said Highland Park Plat A; thence East 12 feet to the point r . i of beginning; r be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re- placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
