AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the bound-
aries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-11-2 of the Revised'Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by',adding in and
to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 34, to read as follows:
"ITEM 34. The following described real property in Residential
"R-4" classification as shown on the Use District Map is hereby changed
to Business "B-3" classification and the Use District Map is also hereby
amended and changed in conformity therewith to show the said described
tract of land as a Business "B-3" classification, the said property being
more particularly described as follows:
"Commencing at a point said point being 125 feet west
of the northwest corner of gth East Street and 17th South
Street; thence West along the North line of 17th South
Street 188 feet; thence North 288 feet; thence East along
the south line of Logan Avenue 188 feet to the existing
"B-3" zone; thence South 288 feet to the point of begin-
ning; more particularly described as all of Lots 12-18
and Lots 52-58, Block No. 1, Perkins Third Addition."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 23rd day of April , 1962.
