AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Chapter 2 of Title 2 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, by adding
thereto a new Section 2-2-19, relating to airport funds.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 2 of Title 2 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, relating to
airport funds, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding
thereto a new Section 2-2-19 to read as follows:
"Seca 2-2-19. Funds. All funds received from fuel,
taxes, rentals, corew .ons or any other source at Salt
Lake cllfy InternattonaP/ and Salt Lake Airport No. 2 shall
be placed in an airport fund and kept separate and apart
from all other city funds. The collection, accounting
and expenditure of all airport funds shall be in
accordance with existing fiscal policy of the city."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare
of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
