BE IT ORDAINED By ,the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
That the assessrnen t set, forth in the .assessment lists made by the Treas-
urer of salt Lake City, as corrected, approved and completed by the City
Council sitting as a board n' equalization and review, upon the property
on the west side of Fourth Fast.Street, 'between First and Second south
Streets,and upon the propery4r on the north side of First-h Street
from a point 1275 feet east of Eleventh East Street to Thirteenth East
Street, and on the Past side of Thirteenth East Street between First and
Second South Streets, all within sewer District No. 1 of Salt Lake City,
is hereby confirmed,`and the assessments made and returned in said ap-
proved, corrected and completed lists are hereby confirmed._
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its approval.
