tion of Blk 13, 5-Acre Plat I, Big Field survey
Be it ordained by the Boaro of Commissioners of Salt Lake
city, Utah
SFCTION I That alley in Blocn 2, Wellington Addition of
Blk 13, 5-Acre Plat A, Big Field Survey, Salt Lake City, Utah,
and, more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the N.t. corner of Lot 5, Block Welling-
ton Addition, a subdivision of part of Blk 15, 5-Acre Plat
A, Big Field survey, thence south 110 5 ft , thence last
16 0 ft , thence North 110 5 ft , thence West 16 0 ft to
point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby vacated ana declared no longer public
property as an alley or way Said vacation is made expressly sub-
ject to the t.ght., of way and easements of the Utah Light & Traction
company and the Mountain States Telephone & Telegraph Company acquir-
ed under franchises from Salt Lake City, to maintain, repair, alter
and or replace the electric transmission, distribution of telegraph
and telephone circuits, lines, wires and poles of said companies,
together with the necessary stop, cro-c-arms and other attachments
thereon or affixed thereto for the support of saiu electric telephone
and telegraph lints, wires and distribution circuits as not erected
and maintained upon the alley or way to be closed, during the life of
the franchises held by said company, or any extensions thereof
SECTION 2 In the ooinion of the Board of Commissioner.,, it
is nccesc'ary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitant of
salt Lake City that this ordinance snail take effect immediately
SECTION 3 'his ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publJcation
