AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 19-2-4 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to a class "A" license
authorizing the sale of beer for consumption off of the premises.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 19-2-4 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to a class "A" license authorizing
the sale of beer for consumption off of the premises, be, and the same
hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 19-2-4. Class "A" License. A class "A" retail
license shall entitle the licensee to sell beer on the
premises described in said license in original containers
for consumption off the premises in accordance with the
Liquor Control Act of Utah and these revised city ordinances;
provided, however, that it shall be unlawful for the licensee
to sell or distribute beer in any container larger than a
half gallon."
