AN ORDINANCE.:_. confirming, the assessment of the tax set forth in
the {rsse6sment lists ma by the Treasurer of Salt Lake City, as corre
and:anade by the City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization and re—
view, upon the lands, lots and parts of lots upon certain portions of
Second South Street, Fourth South Street and Fifth East Street, in Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of constructing sewers in said streets4
Sec, 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah, that, the assessments set forth in the assessment lists made by the
Treasurer of ealt Lake City, as corrected, approved and completed by the
City Council of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and
review, of the property on the south side of Second South Street from
First West Street to a point midway between Second and Third West Streets,
on the South side of Second South Street from Second to Third West
Streets, within Sewer District No. 1; also on south side of Second
South Street from a point midway between Second and Third West Streets to
Third West Street, in Sewer District No. 2: on the north side of Second
South Street between Fifth and Sixth East Streets, within sewer District
No. 1: and on the north side of Fourth South Street between Fourth and
Fifth past Streets, and on the east side of Fifth East Street between
Fourth South Street and a point Seven rods south of the south line of
Third South Street, within sewer District No. 1: are each of them hereby
confirmed, and that the assessments made and returned in said approved,
corrected and completed lists are hereby confirmed.
Sec. . 2. This ordinance shall he in force front and after
its approval.

Passed by the City Council of Salt Take City June 12th and referred to
the Mayor for his approval.
