An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
the south aide of First South Street between Sixth Bast Street and
the west side of Thirteenth East Street, in Sewer District Y1o.1,
for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt bake, City, Utah:
Section 1. That the assessment list made by the #'tidy Trepstuser
as corrected, approved and eosspleted by the City Oou t .il Sitting as
a Beard of lqualization,of the property.abutting onthpe South side
of First South Street between Sixth Bast Street end1°t2e Seat s de'
of Thirteenth Last Street in Sewer District No. I of Salt Lake
City,
is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and.returys d. in Maid
assessment lists are hereby confirmed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effe n approval.
